Selected candidate will be part of the technical staff responsible for audio visual (AV) system operations, installations, configurations, and maintenance. Employee will primarily be responsible for providing operational support and event setup relating to audio visual presentation. In addition the candidate will be involved in the installation of high end projection systems, video displays, audio processing and video routing systems. This position will also include video production services involving studio and field locations. Knowledge of video production equipment in live and recorded applications using studio cameras, video production switchers, audio mixing consoles is a plus. The employee will provide operational support for end users during video teleconferencing (VTC) sessions and experience in set up and operations of VTC calls is a plus. As part of the technical staff, this position does require the ability to perform installations of commercial audio visual, broadcast studio and network infrastructures. A background in electronics, remote event productions, audio engineering in studio or live sound, or similar technical experience may be considered in lieu of experience with audio visual systems integration. Multimedia Technician – position requires education or equivalent experience as Multimedia technician. Selected candidate will interact with executives, participants and technical personnel to coordinate scheduling of teleconferences and presentations. Candidate will be part of the technical staff responsible for audio visual (AV) system installations, configurations, and maintenance. Employee will install high end projection systems, video displays, audio and video routing systems. Employee must have the ability to comprehend and follow wiring schematics and architectural drawings, and basic understanding of AV installation, construction techniques, and structured cabling topography. Employee shall be responsible for following detailed installation schematics, specifically: cable pull lists, device mounting details, signal flows, pin level cable details and architectural details. Prospective employee is expected to be proficient with the termination of audio, video and control system cabling. Employee shall understand analog audio wiring including balanced and unbalanced line and microphone level, and the wiring and configurations of 70V speaker systems. Employee will be responsible for the installation of high definition video systems including systems based on HDBaseT for HD over network cable, HD-SDI coaxial cable-based camera studio production systems and HDMI interfaces. Knowledge and experience with AMX or similar control systems, audio digital signal processing (DSP) from BiAmp or BSS, VTC systems from Polycom or Cisco, or working knowledge of AutoCad type software design tools is desired but not required for this position. The following is a description (not all inclusive) of work performed by a Wargaming Specialist: Provide general and specialized military expertise in the war fighting functions. Performs design, development, execution and analysis of military war games based on the theory and practice of wargaming, and best practices for war game design and adjudication. Performs as a facilitator for seminar and operational war games. Perform as study team member, war gamer, subject matter expert, or scenario developer with intelligence related tasks that may include but not limited to: preparation and presentation of briefings; preparation of technical reports and documentation; coordination and preparation for meetings and workshops; and assessment of military capabilities; and data research and development. Education/ Qualification: Bachelors required, MA/MS Preferred. Experience: 15 years military operational/intelligence experience, to include: Warfare qualification; knowledge of organizational management, conops, tactics, threat capabilities, targeting, sensor/collection techniques, targeting, operational planning, execution and assessment, and operations analysis. Joint Professional Military Education or experience in joint military operations desired. Experience with doctrine, missions, functions, tasks and military processes, exercise design, scenario development a plus. Must possess and maintain a DOD security clearance.
