Database Administrator overview: The DBA will coordinate with our Web Development Branch and System Administration Branch to verify how data is stored, consumed, integrated, and managed by different data entities, systems, and applications. The DBA will coordinate with Web Developers to verify design, creation, and deployment of databases, and development of custom post game reports. The DBA will ensure all SQL servers meet DoD Security Technical Implementation Guideline (STIG) requirements. Specific Tasks for the DBA will include: Working with System Administrators to install latest SQL on all gaming networks in a load balanced architecture. Selected candidate will be part of the technical staff responsible for audio visual (AV) system operations, installations, configurations, and maintenance. Employee will primarily be responsible for providing operational support and event setup relating to audio visual presentation. In addition the candidate will be involved in the installation of high end projection systems, video displays, audio processing and video routing systems. This position will also include video production services involving studio and field locations. Knowledge of video production equipment in live and recorded applications using studio cameras, video production switchers, audio mixing consoles is a plus. The employee will provide operational support for end users during video teleconferencing (VTC) sessions and experience in set up and operations of VTC calls is a plus. As part of the technical staff, this position does require the ability to perform installations of commercial audio visual, broadcast studio and network infrastructures. Multimedia Technician – position requires education or equivalent experience as Multimedia technician. Employee will install high end projection systems, video displays, audio and video routing systems. Employee must have the ability to comprehend and follow wiring schematics and architectural drawings, and basic understanding of AV installation, construction techniques, and structured cabling topography. Employee shall be responsible for following detailed installation schematics, specifically: cable pull lists, device mounting details, signal flows, pin level cable details and architectural details. Prospective employee is expected to be proficient with the termination of audio, video and control system cabling. Employee shall understand analog audio wiring including balanced and unbalanced line and microphone level, and the wiring and configurations of 70V speaker systems.
