Provide day-to- day Tier I/Tier II support to 1000 customers for a wide range of IT incidents. Must have experience with Windows networks and be able to communicate effectively with educational environment customers and peers. Needs to be able to lift PCs, printers, and other hardware devices when required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Two (2) years’ experience or equal education.

Must possess: 1. CompTIA A+ ce, OR Network+ ce and, 2. Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) Certification or Apple Certification preferred and 3. Obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance.

Pay commensurate with experience. AA/EEO employer
